  • Evaluation of Heath Education on Children with Asthma

    【摘要】 目的 探讨系统规范的健康教育指导对哮喘患儿护理效果的影响。 方法 记录并分析2002年1月-2009年5月门诊或住院诊治的873例哮喘患儿的情况。将患儿分为健康教育组和对照组;健康教育组采用个体化管理的治疗护理方案进行系统的健康教育,对照组采用常规治疗和护理。 结果 对照组和健康教育组的总体有效率分别为77.3%和96.6%。健康教育组在临床控制率、显效率和总体有效率方面均明显优于对照组(Plt;0.05)。健康教育组在发作次数和缺课天数方面明显少于对照组(Plt;0.01)。 结论 健康教育对小儿哮喘的护理有重要意义。【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of health education on nursing pediatric asthma. Methods A total of 873 asthma children got treatment from January 2002 to May 2009 were registered and analyzed. The children were divided into health education group and control group. The health education group was given education about asthma while the control group was given traditional nursing. Results The overall efficacy rate of the control group and health education group were 77.3% and 96.6%. The clinical control rate, show efficiency rate and overall efficiency rate in the health education group were higher than those in the control group (Plt;0.05).The attack frequency and absent days in the health education group were less than those in the control group (Plt;0.01). Conclusion The health education is important for nursing pediatric asthma.

  • The Application of Health Education Pathway for Patients Treated with Placement of Inferior Vena Cava Filter

    【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育路径在下腔静脉滤器(inferior vena cava filter,VCF)置入术患者中的应用效果。 方法 2008年1月-2010年5月,将62例VCF置入术患者随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(30例),观察组采用健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组患者采用常规健康教育。 结果 观察组患者的健康教育达标率明显高于对照组(Plt;0.05),焦虑发生率明显低于对照组。 结论 应用健康教育路径对VCF置入术患者实施,能提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度和效果,促进患者早日康复;同时可强化护患沟通,和谐护患关系。【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of health education pathway in patients treated with placement of inferior vena cava filter (VCF). Methods Sixty-two patients treated with placement of inferior VCF from January 2008 to May 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group (n=32) and control group (n=30). Health education pathway and routine general way were adopted respectively to treat patients in the experimental group and the control group. Results Standard-achieving rate of the health education in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (Plt;0.05), and the incidence of anxiety was also lower in the experimental group. Conclusion Health education pathway for patients treated with placement of inferior VCF can increase the patients’ health care knowledge, lessen patients’ anxiety, and strengthen the nurse-patient communication and harmonious relations.

  • Clinical Value of Health Education Applied to Unhealthy Lifestyle-caused Functional Constipation

    ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of healthy education on functional constipation caused by unhealthy lifestyle, and to analyze the disadvantages affecting the curative effect. MethodsA total of 167 cases of functional constipation from February 2009 to February 2012 were included. All of the patients were followed up for one year. We collected clinical data of curative effect and influencing factors, determined the clinical value of healthy education, and analyzed the influence of different factors on the curative effect of healthy education. ResultsThe total curative effect after one-year follow-up was 84.4%. The curative effect in elderly patients was significantly higher than that in middle-aged ones (P<0.05). The curative effect in urban patients was remarkably higher than that in rural ones (P<0.05). And the curative effect of patients with college degree wass much higher than that in patients with education background of primary school or below (P<0.05). ConclusionHealthy education has important value on releasing and eliminating functional constipation caused by unhealthy lifestyle. And it needs individual education aimed at patients with different age, education degree, and domicile.

  • Influence of Health Education on Hypertension Associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

    目的:探讨健康教育对高血压伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的影响。方法:选择我院住院患者60例,随机分为二组,一组为实验组(入院后给予针对性健康教育),另一组为对照组(只给予一般健康教育)。结果:实验组3例患者病情控制快,血压、血脂、胆固醇控制良好,血氧饱和度恢复正常,与对照组相比,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:加强对高血压伴OSAS患者的健康教育,将有助于改善其健康水平,提高治疗率及生活质量。

  • To Ion and Rbiehal Itation Training Observe the Effect of Hysterectomy in Patients with the Implementation of Health Education

    目的:探讨健康教育及康复训练对子宫全切术患者的愈后效果的影响。方法:将41例子宫全切手术患者分常规组20例和观察组21例。常规组按妇产科护理常规进行术前术后常规护理及相关注意事项的讲解;观察组对患者进行术前术后常规护理同时实施健康教育及康复训练。结果:常规组患者自我认知能力稍差,有缺失感,住院时间稍长;观察组患者术后乐观,配合术后康复训练较为积极,住院时间稍短。结论:认为做好子宫全切术后患者的健康教育并进行及时的康复训练,对其术后康复并提高生活质量起着至关重要的作用。

    【摘要】 目的 了解异基因造血干细胞移植患者家属在患者治疗期间对健康教育的需求情况, 为护士开展针对性地健康教育提供依据。 方法 2008年7月-2009年11月,采用自行设计问卷对50例患者家属进行问卷调查。 结果 患者家属对患者出院护理指导比较关注, 主要对出院后继续用药的时间、方法、饮食、感染的防护、病情变化的处理尤为关心。 结论 对家属的健康教育应根据患者不同治疗阶段及家属的需求有序进行。

  • 疼痛健康教育对癌症患者疼痛控制的影响

    【摘要】 目的 探讨疼痛健康教育对癌症患者疼痛控制的影响。 方法 2009年12月-2010年5月,对入住的60例癌症疼痛患者进行疼痛健康教育,使患者正确认识疼痛及镇痛药的成瘾性,并按时规律服药,按阶梯服药,予以转移和减轻癌症患者疼痛程度。 结果 健康教育配合药物治疗,使患者的疼痛感明显减轻或控制。 结论 疼痛控制健康教育,能有效降低或控制癌症患者的疼痛程度,提高其生活质量。

  • Effect of Self-made Urine Volume Record Sheet and Health Education on Urine Volume Monitoring in General Ward

    ObjectiveTo explore the effect of self-made urine volume record sheet and health education on urine volume monitoring in general ward. MethodsA total of 110 hospitalized patients between February and July 2015 were selected to be our study subjects. The patients were divided into control group (n=42) and trial group (n=68) according to the time period. The control group used conventional urine volume record and accepted common health education, while the trial group received a self-made urine volume 24-hour record sheet with health knowledge and accepted special health education about urine volume by nurses. Then, we investigated the two groups with a questionnaire about urine volume, and analyzed the acquired data and compared the knowledge of the two groups. ResultsThe knowledge of urine volume and the performance of urine volume record in the trial group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). In the control group, the difference in knowledge of aim and singnificance of urine record between the two genders was sigrificant (P<0.05). (the males were better than the females); and was also significant among patients with different educational levels (P<0.05). (the people with college or superior degree was the best, while the ones with primary school education or inferior level was the poorest). ConclusionUsing the self-made urine volume record sheet with health knowledge and strengthening the special health education about urine volume can improve the knowledge awareness of the patients and their families, promote the monitoring of patients’ urine, train patients’ self-care awareness, and improve patients’ prognosis.

  • Effect of Hand Hygiene Health Education on Hand Hygiene Compliance in Family Members of Intensive Care Unit Patients

    目的 评价手卫生健康教育对重症监护病房(ICU)患者家属手卫生依从性的影响。 方法 选取2012年3月-5月ICU患者家属558人,对其进行手卫生健康教育。将健康教育前的1个月定义为第1阶段(基线调查阶段),健康教育当月定义为第2阶段,健康教育结束后的第1个月定义为第3阶段。对ICU患者家属开展手卫生健康教育,第1和第3阶段均采用张贴展板和宣教图片,床旁准备速干手消毒液;第2阶段在此基础上,每周示范六步洗手法3次,由责任护士督促并指导家属使用速干手消毒液进行手卫生。观察3个阶段患者家属手卫生依从性变化情况。 结果 在对“接触患者前”、“接触患者后”和“接触患者周围环境后”3个手卫生时机的依从率比较中,第2阶段明显高于第1阶段(P<0.01);第3阶段较第2阶段有明显下降(P<0.01);在3个阶段中,使用速干手消毒液进行手卫生的人数均高于使用洗手液的人数。 结论 手卫生健康教育普及了手卫生相关知识,提高了ICU患者家属对手卫生的依从性。

  • 综合医院门诊开展多形式健康教育的效果

    目的 探讨门诊开展健康教育的形式及效果。 方法 2007年1月-2012年4月,除继续实施以前所采取的健康教育外,陆续开展多种专科患者的教育及护理门诊,同时加强对患者各就诊环节的健康教育,完善多发病、慢性病的系列讲座等。 结果 在门诊患者量大幅增加的情况下,患者就医体验得到明显改善,满意度逐年增高,综合满意度达96%。 结论 门诊患者流动性大、病种多、需求各异,只有采用个体与群体、特殊与一般、口头与书面相结合的多种健康教育形式,才能满足不同层次患者的需求,达到健康教育的效果,提高患者满意度,提高医院的信誉度。
